This benefits the soft tissue to release and reduces the residual tension that accumulates with everyday wear and tear.

This treatment better prepares the body to cope with physical and emotional demands when they arise.

Regular massage helps to decrease stiffness and toxins that can be held within the body and its systems.
Massage treatments may be used to compliment or combine with many other forms of Natural Therapy and health treatments for the promotion of holistic health.

Reiki

Using the Dr Mikao Usui technique - The Japanese word Reiki is combined with 'Rei' = Universal and 'Ki' = Life-force energy. It is said to be universal because all common things are made up of the same particles/energy. This commonality means we can heal and be healed by the highest level of consciousness even to the densest levels of matter.

Through this universal flow of light, the Reiki practitioner helps to facilitate one's own healing process by acting as a facilitator to and from this abundant source acting like a massage for the physical and spiritual layers of the human being.

Reiki can assist with the following:

  • Illness and disease (mental and physical)

  • Disorders

  • Emotional fatigue and stress

  • PTSD

  • Trauma

  • Sleep disturbances
